Blush Spritz

So of course we had to share a cocktail recipe with the liqueur that started it all - Blush.

This cocktail is a delightful drop. It’s bubbly, it’s sweet without being crushingly so. And it tastes great!

Here it is:

60mL Blush

60mL prosecco

30mL sugar-free lemonade

Ice

Over the Moon

Personally, I’m a fan of this one. Apart from the snazzy name I gave it, this cocktail draws the anise forward while allowing the blackcurrent to blend with the soda to make a really nice drop. Try it.
